In our time and age, the Internet as the "net of nets" is the greatest means of communication that man has built. While almost everybody (at least in developed countries) agrees that it is of the highest importance to our lives, it faces several dangers. One of them is censorship. Another is monopolization. In addition to the dangers, there are problems of ambivalent nature. For example the phenomenon sometimes called "commercialization" of the Internet is both a driving force of innovation and a source of degradation (overwhelming advertising, tracking, paywalls, etc.).
